• For consisting every inter-function of COP each department has to backdate review its KPl constantly, audit each performance in the end of every year for setting the coming year index, compled and reported by Q.C. department as the annual report
• Modified and approved KPI become the criterial of the operational standard

We control batch production by the barcode system, the product ID can be ratiocinated through the registered barcode, it's easy to isolate and identify the product ID once there's any issue, the control spot is on before production and package respectively

It's a quick auto detecting & sorting machine, tailor-made for verifying product quality on diemension (and) or shape manner; products conveyed by its carrier, quickly flew in to the CCD monitoring area cascade, via the built-in detecting sensors and related software/ hardware, those testees will be automatically sorted and droped out subject to its reading, they are classified into 3 segaments, qualilfied, recheck or N.G. perfectly can meet the F.Q.C. check demand to 100% product verification
